Electrostatic Paint
BiltRite created a field painting division to better serve the needs of our customers. With the most state-of-the-art electrostatic paint equipment and highly trained staff, we can paint your metal right where it sits. This is a powerful option for some of our commercial projects where special colors and site conditions require painting on site. This is also a great alternative to replacing ugly iron. In many cases, we can properly prepare the metal, use a rust preventive primer and paint on a new finish coat restoring the beauty and longevity of your iron product. Our field paint crews are equipped with welders and the proper tools to also do repairs and adjustments when needed. When we are not in the field and conditions allow, we also recommend using powder coating as your final paint finish. Powder is also applied using an electrostatic process and then it is baked in an oven to cure the finish. This process is only cost effective when the product is clean, new and can fit in the curing oven (not an option for existing products or products that require a lot of field fabrication). Whether we built it or not, we can refurbish your old iron products such as gates, pool fencing, balcony railing, stair rails, stairs, etc. Our customers appreciate our ability to serve this need.
